We
like to get involved with an
initial problem solving process,
which begins with identification
and analysis of the Owner's
business needs. We then explore,
develop, and evaluate possible
solutions to arrive at a plan.
This plan provides a roadmap
to achieve the solution to those
business needs. We operate in
a team environment where everyone
takes off his or her nametags,
and as a group, come to the
best possible solution. This
often requires creative "outside
the box" thinking, and
unique plans of action. Through
creative problem solving, thorough
needs evaluation and strict
execution, HP's return on investment
included a minimized impact
on their other operations, an
older facility brought into
compliance, and improved relations
with city building officials.
